Why triple threat...

My drive to help others, coupled with my expertise in Kinesiology and Athletic Therapy led to the creation of Triple Threat Fitness.  I designed my business to help my clients with not only personal training, but to truly focus on all of the elements that go into successfully making lifestyle changes that will drive them to their goals.  We address health, nutrition, and strength.  

 

Each client who subscribes to our training programs receives an extensive one on one consultation. We dive into your current health, your daily diet, what challenges you have that have kept you from attaining your goals.  All of your training programing and nutrition will be delivered to you using our training app. This app allows all of our clients to track each workout (every rep, every set, weights used, etc.) track your meals, and your progress photos.  This information can be accessed by your coach and used to keep  you accountable and also to make any changes to your programing. (*Real time program changes are available with our Elite and Semi Custom Programs)

Our Custom Programming:

Clients who select our Elite Custom online programming receive the highest level of support and accountability.  Training and nutrition is not only delivered via our customized app, but our app also allows us to monitor your progress.

 

*We are able to access the information you track for your workouts, allowing us to make adjustments where needed.  

 

*You will track your meals as well so that we can see what you are eating and when. Coupled with information you give during our bi-weekly check-ins, we adjust nutrition so that you are operating to your fullest potential.  

*Progress Photos are uploaded to our app so that you and your coach can monitor progress. Often times we do not see the subtle changes we have worked so hard for. This tool allows us to see where you started and how far you have come!

All of these amazing accountability tools set us apart from other online coaching. We may not be in the gym or kitchen with you, but we are able to keep watch, adjust in real time, and have your back!
