CHOOSE YOUR ONLINE FITNESS PROGRAM

Triple Threat Fitness offers three different online programs to fit your individual needs.  Each program offers a one-on-one consultation so that we can get a solid understanding of your needs and your goals. Each program has varying levels of customization and coach interactions.

 

  •  Elite  Training Program: You will have the highest level of accountability coaching and personal interaction with your coach. This includes bi-weekly checkins with your coach, workout monitoring, nutrition monitoring and real time programming adjustments as needed. Each program is 100% custom to your unique needs. You will have access to our tracking app that allows us to monitor your training.  From progress photos to workouts to meals tracked, your coach will monitor your progress every step of the way and make adjustments so that you will get the most out of your efforts to a healthier, stronger you!

  • Semi Custom Training Program: You will have your training program and nutrition  semi customized based on any dietary needs,  physical limitations or injuries that you may have.   All of your programing will be delivered via our training app, where you will track your workouts, nutrition and progress photos. 

  • 30 Day Base Training Program :  This program delivers the basics to you using our training app. You will select what type of training you would like to focus on (weight loss, gain muscle, mobility, etc)  You will have access to this programing for 30 consecutive days once you begin. You will also be able to track your workouts, nutrition and progress photos.
