This program includes a one on one consultation to get to know your starting out point, fitness history, current nutrition and diet, and set individual goals and timelines. You will receive a custom nutrition plan, breaking down your macro nutrients and giving you a meal plan that will help you reach your health and fitness potential. You will have bi-weekly checkins with your coach for accountability as well as to make any adjustments to your plan that are needed to help you hit your goals. * 6-8 week custom training and nutrition: Your custom program will be available to you on our app for 6-8 weeks, depending on what you and your coach decide is best to reach your goals . The programming will consist of 5 days of training and two rest days and will repeat each week for 6-8 weeks. Our app allows you to track each exercise by entering in the weight you are using for each set and by entering in how many reps you complete per set. This information is stored and can be accessed by you every time you do that specific workout, so you can continue to challenge yourself each and every training session. Your coach will access and review this information to keep you on track. * Custom Nutrition Plan: Based off of your personal results and consultation and delivered to you using our app. You will track your meals and upload them to the app for your coach to review.
